You should try Military Conflict Vietnam

I played CoD4 on the 360 until 2018. I upgraded to the One S cause the lobbies were all hacked. To this day I still play on the Series X. Deathmatch is the only game mode left, but 15 years on its still the OG.

I remember a match in PR where my squadmates were talking about tactical rocks, bipods, scope and all that stuff. Very fun memory.

Hey i really like these videos and i've been watching a fair few of them lately, but one thing i wanted to maybe bring up is that all the thumbnails look REALLY similar. To the point where i have on multiple occasions not clicked on one of these videos because i assumed i'd already seen it. Im a not a youtuber so idk if that matter or if im an outlier but just something i wanted to point out.

Nerf Arena Blast came first and was 'great'

If you like Bad Company 2, maybe you should try Battlefield 2142, my favourite BF game. It's futuristic, with mecha/battle walkers, hover tanks, and all sorts of nice things. The Titan mode is great. Each team has a huge air fortress (Titan), and the goal is to blow up the other team's Titan. You do that by capturing+holding missile silos spread over the map. These then fire missiles at the enemy titan, which slowly remove the energy shield around it. When the shield is gone, you can either continue holding the silos, to whittle down the hit points of the titan, or get on board it, blow up some stations, and finally the power core. So the game becomes a series of choices: take silos, defend them, defend your titan when the force field/energy shield is depleted, attack the enemy titan ... Since there are several ways to blow up the titan, and making a direct push on to the enemy titan can be a very fast method to win, games can turn around FAST. A team that was behind, and hadn't even broken through the enemy shield, can win by a quick attack if the enemy is focusing all their strength on attacking a well-defended titan. Just like BF:BC2, there are community servers.

I'll have a look at your channel in a second, but since you mentioned that you haven't played any Battlefield games before trying out Bad Company 2, I felt I should say something. I don't see it happening in your clip, so consider using the destruction capabilities of the Frostbite engine. In BF:BC2 you can level entire buildings, killing anyone inside, with C4, RPGs, tanks, and the like. It's great fun. You can also of course make strategic changes to said buildings (holes, and what not). The amount of destruction varies between the Battlefield games. It all started in the first Bad Company game, though. And for some reason, destruction has been toned down quite a bit in the latest iteration, Battlefield 2042. It's still good, though, even if its reputation was tanked by the really bad state of the game at launch.

True undead/dead games for me are always gonna be Project Reality and Mount & Blade Warband (especially the Napoleonic and modded online scene) I spent much of my early teens playing those games with some pretty amazing folk .. I recently learned that Project Reality is still going strong, deff worth checking out.

BFBC2 was the peak in Battlefield history. From there it went down.

Red Orchestra / Darkest Hour is a piece of art of a game. It started already good and got better with patches over the years. It has a ton of maps a good variety of (historical) weapons. It is outdated in graphics, but it should be the game that nowadays new WW2 games should be basing their games off. It has historical accuracy and good playability in the same game.

My pick would be Alien vs Predator, I have no idea if it can still be played online but it also came with 3 campaign stories, Marines, Aliens and the Predator story. The online was hilarious, especially when the aliens get too many kills and an Alien Queen arrives to slaughter you all. Fun times haha.

The good old days. I remember playing Minecraft knock offs before and even when I had Minecraft PE, I was way younger, they felt just as good, fun wise. Usually you’d spawn in a pre-made creation, some games shoved you into parkour sections as the base game if I recall(would have been… holy sh*ta long time ago.) I remember playing mostly maps with creations like an air ship, or a stable(I remember playing that on my old iPad while watching house of rock.) I remember an odd block type tower defense game where you placed blocky turrets, that was so cool to me and you had to fight little goblins. I remember a kickoff Minecraft type game all about iron man suits, it was so awesome, I think I recall playing it when my grandma was over, she was at least there in the memory. A lot of these games are off the App Store, and I don’t think I’ll get to play again. I wish I could go back to the days when I was so easily satisfied, now I feel unsatisfied constantly, back in the days when devs were all constantly experimenting, everyone and everything was on the up and up, progressing to some extent. Now it’s just AAAAAAA slop, and old games are continuously shutting down 😢 I hope to be able to replay those games one day. I very abruptly moved away from them to play more “advanced” and newer(more popular) games, lotta multiplayer which became a staple for my kid brain, I matured myself to quickly… maybe it’s just nostalgia, anyway. The Minecraft music was to much LOL I enjoyed the video, I’m happy I decided to watch it, I think this channel is pretty cool, ima be here again in the future. Also, Was theorising in my head that people from the video would be in the comments, good to know I was right, and they did see it.

I highly recommend angels fall first if you've not done it yet. Usually people are only online on the weekends but the AI is so good you'll genuinely struggle to figure out who's a player and who's AI. Considering it's a relatively old game it's got some pretty revolutionary gameplay and I have a feeling it's player count will pick up when it finally picks up. There is a discord for it

Bad Company 2: Vietnam is a game I wish I could go back to. Insane experience. Even with a revived server, it wouldn't be the same as back in the day when we were all noobs.

war trigger used to be a facebook game, it was fun to play, you can spawn camp a base with a heli (people will not move out of the spawn until the heli is shot down from the sky lmao) until facebook ended their gaming feature when it landed in steam it became pay to win which destroyed the community

Ghost Exorcism Inc has like 30 people peak for the past 3 months and almost all of the maps require at least 1 other person. Nobody is hosting multiplayer servers on it. I can't play it alone. Y'all need to start playing

If you'd like, I can provide more information about Ring of Elysium/Europa. The game was previously hosted on Garena under the title Europa/Ring of Elysium and was very popular in Thai-speaking regions, to the extent that actual tournaments with prize pools were held. The game was significantly better before it was transferred over to Steam/Tencent. Many core gameplay elements were modified with the Steam release. You could no longer drop from the plane, the glider was no longer provided by default, the map changed, and all building windows were modified, making it much harder to see enemies inside buildings. Additionally, you now had to escape by boarding onto the helicopter instead of having to eliminate all remaining enemies. The game also received some engine updates and a graphics quality upgrade, but it now had to load extra Tencent-owned DLL files. I still remember this being a hot topic on Discord at the time, as it essentially destroyed the game's performance (this was about a month before the Steam release). The game had essentially been reworked in every aspect; everything that made the game what it was known for had vanished. A few old players still stuck around as the gunplay thankfully remained the same, although movements felt less responsive. Season 1 (the snow map) was generally well-received, mostly due to the game being free-to-play and resembling PUBG, which was vastly popular at the time. I can understand that some people like this version of Ring of Elysium as it was their first experience with the game, and they had no idea what it used to be like. However, the player base quickly declined in the first few months, and it became quite noticeable. You would quickly notice that the game would search for players for 1-4 seconds and then throw you into a game with bots that were clearly not ready (you would see bots running around, getting shot, stopping, doing a perfect 180, running for a few meters, only to do another 180 and start moving forward again). So, my point is, Europa/Ring of Elysium pre-Steam release is not the same game as what was released on Steam under Tencent
